Returns & Exchanges

At Batemans Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
